Lake Hibara is located next to the hotel, and a wildlife trail runs along the lakeside. Bears, monkeys, and deer appear there, though no major damage has occurred.

The hotel has not taken specific countermeasures and is struggling because there is no subsidy system from the local government. If selected as a field site, they are open to purchasing the system after the demonstration
